Return Policy

You may return any qualifying item for a refund of the item amount if it meets the following conditions:

• The item is unopened with all seals intact.
• The item is not marked as final sale or non-returnable.
• The return is initiated within 30 days of the original delivery date.

Please note:
Opened products including supplements are NOT eligible for return or refund.
Final sale or non-returnable items cannot be returned.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, please email Hello@lactaluxe.com with subject heading "Return Request". Items that do not meet the return conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Once your return is delivered to our facility please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
